Their custom intranet allows them to set up their own web-based wellness programs to deliver wellness curriculum via a login web site. Each of their clients is segregated from each other but Dynamic Wellness has a master administration view and can run multiple concurrent programs. With this tool they can create their own text, image, video, and document based content, including test questions with automatic scoring that automatically tracks participants progress and has it has a reporting function for internal and external use.
TU TruckStop
Third-party data integration was used to mine information from their existing management software to their private site to share vital information with their drivers, e.g. live load board, safety and route dispatches, fuel information, service, inspection and license reminders, company news and meeting calendar. Clients get dispatch reports, en-route loads, un-dispatched loads, delivery reports, tariff rules, fuel surcharge agreement and claims reports.
Center for Independent Futures
They use our many-to-many permission based intranet to communicate and share curriculum and schedules with their coaches, volunteers and staff.
Illinois Bone and Joint Institute
We provide their global private web and email platform for corporate services to distribute announcements, benefit information, forms, and corporate policies to all of their employees (in thirty plus locations) while giving each practice their own segregated site to manage activities such as shared calendars for surgery, call, E/R rotation, conference rooms, depositions, time off, and training, company directory, message boards, and a electronic filing cabinet for safety, compliance, procedures and policies.
