Lawrence has spent a big part of his working career on the client side in marketing and sales—with P&L responsibility so he knows how to integrate a marketing program into a sales program. And he is always looking to help our clients innovate in every area of their business. Lawrence leads our award winning team that capable of taking on any business challenge.

 

Joe Mcgowan

Joe’s resume speaks for itself. Before joining our team, he was Senior Partner at Leo Burnett where he was responsible for some of their largest consumer clients to include Com Ed, Harris Bank, Heinz, Nestle, United Airlines, and United Distillers (Dewar’s). Joe is a master tactician, strategist, and innovator of big ideas.

 

Laurence Minsky

Larry has created marketing solutions for many blue chip clients, including Bay Valley Foods, Beltone, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Charter One Bank, Coca-Cola, Dean Foods, Diners Club, Direct Merchants Bank, Dole, Fleetwood Homes, Frito-Lay, GE Finance, Kraft, McDonald’s, Motorola, Nike, PETsMART, S.C. Johnson, Sears, Skil, SunTrust, Time-Life, Tropicana, True Value, Unilever, United Airlines, United States Postal Service, Upromise, USG, and Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization. He is author of the advertising classic, “How to Succeed in Advertising When All You Have Is Talent” and is presently co-writing a book on promotions. Larry won more advertising awards this year than most agencies win collectively and still managed to teach advertising at Columbia College Chicago.

 

Mark Ingraham

Mark has been an Art Director for the best of the big and small agencies, including BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather, and the Ungar Group. And he has won piles of awards, including Addys, Tellys, New York Festival, Effies, London International, AICP, International Film Festival, Creativity Annual, Mobius, and many others. Bob Garfield of Advertising Age singled out Mark's work as being among the very best in the country.


Kristen Althoff

Kristen has the rare talent of being able to code and design, specializing in web user interfaces. She previously worked as a graphic designer for Grrr Records and for many local bands, shops, and organizations. She has also worked for numerous non-profits including Cornerstone Community Outreach Homeless Shelter, Illinois and US Public Interest Research Group, Sierra Club, and Human Rights Campaign.

 

Dan Slage

Dan was developing hospital bulletin board systems before the Internet, web-based data applications before most of us had a PC or email and he can write code in languages that us non-geeks have never heard of!
